- Damage caused by misuse or neglect may be charged per the damage fee schedule
- Late fees apply after a grace period
- If the account remains past due, we may terminate service and retrieve the equipment with reasonable notice, consistent with California law

Billing is credit card only with automatic monthly billing. Choose your billing date between 1 and 28.
Maintenance Coverage
We keep your equipment working. Normal wear and tear is covered.
Covered
- Normal wear and tear repairs
- Service scheduling by call or text
- Replacement decision if a unit cannot be repaired
Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Missing parts or intentional removal
- Damage caused by moving the unit without approval
If something is not covered, we will explain the issue and any applicable charges before completing work.
